The monitoring of exchangers on Obmify is not a guarantee of transactions conducted on our website. We are just an informational resource that allows users to independently assess the exchange market. Additional information can be found in our website usage terms. However, some of our partners have made a "Security Deposit" so we can guarantee 100% safe exchanges in exchangers with a security deposit and within its amount.

A security deposit is a financial reserve that is created to compensate for possible expenses in situations related to the risks of fraud, theft, and other unforeseen circumstances on the part of online exchangers that entail financial losses for Obmify users.

Each of the exchangers featured on our website has undergone a thorough and mandatory verification process. In addition, the Obmify team continuously monitors the compliance of exchangers with their obligations. This minimizes risks when conducting financial transactions with exchangers featured in our monitoring.

If you encounter a problem when exchanging on an exchanger's website hosted on Obmify, users can leave a review about that exchanger on our website. Administrators, upon receiving a user's complaint, are interested in resolving it as quickly as possible.

It's very simple: you need to select the currency in the "Giving" field, then select the currency in the "Receiving" field and click "Exchange." You can find detailed instructions on the Getting Started page.

Currently, Obmify does not have official apps in the Google Play and App Store. We recommend users to be cautious and not use applications released under our name if they are not linked from our website obmify.com. We plan to launch mobile applications in the future. Links to them will be available on our website.

Some exchangers require registration and verification procedures to conduct a transaction.

The available exchange reserve is the total amount of a particular currency that is on the balance of the selected exchanger for the purpose of conducting an exchange. When making a transaction, the exchanger cannot provide you with an amount greater than the available reserve.

All information about rates and reserves is provided by the exchangers themselves. Minor discrepancies may occur on the Obmify monitoring side but should disappear when the page is refreshed. Our monitoring updates data every 3 seconds. If after refreshing the rates still differ, it is due to incorrect data transmission from the exchanger's side. We ask our users to report any discrepancies in rates or reserves by contacting our technical support.

Most likely, exchanges for the desired direction in these exchange points are carried out manually by an administrator. In this case, please contact the customer support of the selected exchanger.

If any of the exchangers listed on our monitoring do not carry out the exchange offered in the monitoring, please report it to us by contacting our technical support on the Obmify website.

Don't panic. Contact the exchanger's customer support as soon as possible to have the transfer canceled.

Stay calm! Your money is not lost because we do not list scam sites in our directory of exchangers.

However, sometimes in some exchangers, as in any organization, there may be issues with providing services to their customers on time. In such cases, we recommend the following to our users:

• Wait a little. As a rule, most exchanges are completed within an hour, unless otherwise specified in the exchange point's terms. Transactions may be delayed during non-working hours;
• Contact the customer support of the exchanger through various communication methods provided on the service's website. Some of them may be more responsive;
• If you are being ignored or made to wait too long, submit your question to us using the "Comment" button in the exchange review, specifying your exchange number.

All exchanger administrators collaborate with us, and upon receiving a user's notification of an issue, they can respond more promptly to your request.

All reviews on the Obmify monitoring platform undergo thorough moderation by our administrators to prevent subjective evaluations.

Additionally, it's important to know that a negative review can only be left if the exchange fails to make a payment within the specified timeframe. After the full settlement is made, the claim against the exchange will be canceled, and the negative review will be completely removed from the exchange's page.

If your intention is simply to express your opinion about the exchange service, please use the "Comment" option.

The administration of the monitoring service has the right to delete reviews that do not comply with the terms of service.

You need to fill out the "Become a Partner" form on the Exchangers page. Then we have 5 working days to process your application and we will contact you :)

Unfortunately, scraping our website pages is prohibited. If you require currency exchange rates, you can reach out to our support service to gain access to a special API for obtaining exchange rates. In your request, you will need to specify the purpose for which you plan to use these rates and provide a link to your project.
