Terms of use of Premium Support Obmify

1.1. By choosing to use the chat in the Telegram messenger (@obmify), created to provide user support and administered by Obmify (hereinafter referred to as the "Chat"), you agree to comply with all the terms outlined in these Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Obmify, governing access to information and services provided through the Chat.

1.2. We may update these Terms at any time, and such changes shall take effect immediately upon being posted on the website.

1.3. You are required to review these Terms before using the Chat. Your continued use of the Chat after the publication of updated Terms signifies your agreement to comply with the revised Terms.

1.4. If any of the provisions of these Terms or their updates are unacceptable to you, you may discontinue using the Chat. The Chat is not intended for use by minors.

2.1. The information and materials provided through the Chat are intended solely for your personal, non-commercial use. All materials, including but not limited to data, text, photos, images, illustrations, audio, and video content (hereinafter referred to as "materials" or "content"), are protected by copyright and are owned or controlled by Obmify or the content provider. You must comply with all copyright protection terms.

2.2. Chat content is protected under Ukrainian law and international law. You may not modify, transfer, publish, or use the information obtained in the Chat without Obmify's written consent.

2.3. The trade names, trademarks, and other intellectual property of Obmify or third parties are protected by copyright. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as granting, implicitly or otherwise, any license or right to use trademarks, patents, design rights, or copyrights of Obmify or third parties.

3.1. You agree to use the Chat lawfully and in a manner that does not violate the rights of other users or restrict or hinder their access to and use of the Chat.

3.2. You agree not to engage in any actions that violate Ukrainian law or international law, including intellectual property rights, copyright, and related rights, or any actions that disrupt the normal operation of the Chat.

3.3. You agree to immediately notify Obmify of any copyright violations concerning materials in the Chat.

4.1. Obmify does not provide financial or other services requiring licenses or permits. Materials in the Chat are for informational purposes only. We do not undertake compliance, financial monitoring, AML/KYC procedures, or similar measures regarding you or third parties.

4.2. Obmify may, at its discretion, terminate access to the Chat for any reason.

4.3. These Terms are governed by Ukrainian law. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable Ukrainian legislation.

4.4. Nothing in these Terms creates agency, joint venture, employment, or other relationships not explicitly stipulated herein.

4.5. Materials provided in the Chat do not constitute investment, financial, or trading advice and should not be regarded as recommendations or instructions for action. You must conduct independent analysis or consult with professionals before making any investment or financial decisions.

4.6. Materials may contain links to external websites, resources, or advertisements. Obmify is not responsible for the availability or content of such resources.

4.7. While Obmify strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of materials provided in the Chat and shall not be liable for incomplete or erroneous information.

4.8. Obmify is not responsible for any potential costs or damages you may incur due to the content provided in the Chat.

4.9. Materials or services in the Chat may include advertisements. Obmify is not responsible for such advertisements.

4.10. Obmify may disclose information to law enforcement in cases of suspected fraudulent or illegal activity, in compliance with applicable law.

4.11. Obmify does not conduct exchanges directly. All transactions are carried out through official Obmify partners listed on the page “Exchanges”.

4.12. Services provided in the Chat are informational only. Obmify is not responsible for the actions of its exchange partners but may offer recommendations.

4.13. Obmify reserves the right to recommend specific exchange partners. Upon request, Obmify will disclose information about the selected partner.

4.14. Obmify is not liable for the actions or inactions of its exchange partners or any delays or issues arising during transactions.

4.15. Obmify prioritizes online safety and encourages parents to educate their children about safe internet use and the purposes of Obmify services.

4.16. By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm acceptance of the terms and policies of the exchange partner through whom the transaction is carried out. It is recommended to review the partner's policies before proceeding with any transaction.

5.1. You can contact Obmify through the Chat (@obmify) or via Telegram @Obmify_support_bot.

5.2. Feedback can be submitted through official communication channels.

5.3. We may collect anonymized information to analyze and improve our services.

5.4. Obmify may send surveys for feedback collection. Information will be used in aggregate form only.
